The existence of multiple accounts attributable to a single Player is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.1 Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile telephone number.
4.2 promo888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or where there is any reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity. Standard KYC documents accepted include: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport (bio-data page), and proof of address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
4.3 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
4.4 You must notify promo888 promptly if any Account information changes, including changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or residential address, by contacting the support team via live chat or at the support email address listed on the Platform.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You agree to notify promo888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. promo888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

6.1 All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. promo888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
6.2 Accepted deposit methods include: FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow.
6.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.
6.4 promo888 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that cannot be verified, that appears to be of suspicious origin, or that triggers any AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring threshold.
7.1 Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered promo888 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.2 Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawal capability will be restricted until verification is complete.

8.3 Unless otherwise specified, standard Wagering Requirements apply before any bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements apply only to Bonus Funds; cash deposits in the Wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to Clause 7.
8.4 Promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use only. 13.3 promo888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from promo888's gross negligence or fraud.
14.1 You may request the closure of your promo888 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Wallet balance (net of bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.
